Day 2 — BridgeShield™ Essential (Awareness + Tabletop, ~8 hours)
Build/tune the EAP; clarify roles; practice first-minutes decisions with a guided tabletop. Align to OSHA EAP minimums and NIMS plain language.
Day 3 — BridgeShield™ Pro Day (Hands-On Practicum, ~6–7 hours)
Micro-drills, route checks, announcement reps; finalize artifacts you keep: EAP, quick-refs, muster maps, and an annual exercise plan.
Day 4 — BridgeContinuity™ (Threat-Informed Continuity & Mini-TTX, ~6.5–7 hours)
Map threats to functions and triggers; form the crisis bridge cell; define controlled re-entry; draft run-books; run a mini-TTX; capture an HSEEP-style AAR/IP.
