BridgeShield™ is Stonebridge Strategic’s blended training and exercise program that helps workplaces build, validate, and practice a clear Emergency Action Plan (EAP) so people know exactly what to do in the first minutes of a critical incident. It aligns with OSHA’s Emergency Action Plan requirements and employee alarm rules, CISA’s Active Assailant EAP resources, FEMA/NIMS plain-language guidance, NFPA 3000 (ASHER) program context, and ASIS’s Workplace Violence & Active Assailant standard.
Organizations that need practical, standards-informed readiness without theatrics or jargon:
We offer two building blocks. Choose Essential (Day 1), then add Pro Day (Day 2) for deeper drills and documentation.
Day 1 — BridgeShield™ Essential (Awareness + Tabletop, ~8 hours)
A practical, standards-aligned workshop that builds or tunes your written Emergency Action Plan (EAP), clarifies roles, and pressure-tests decisions in a guided tabletop. You’ll cover OSHA EAP minimums (reporting, evacuation/shelter, accountability, rescue/medical duties) and how your alarms/notifications should work in practice, using plain language as NIMS recommends.
Day 2 — BridgeShield™ Pro Day (Hands-On Practicum, ~6–7 hours)
A focused day of micro-drills, route checks, and announcement reps that finalize artifacts you can keep: EAP, quick-reference cards, muster maps, and an annual exercise plan. Active-assailant elements are integrated using CISA’s EAP resources and the whole-community coordination principles from NFPA 3000.

$4,500 + travel
BridgeShield™ Pro Day (1 day add-on)

A two-step, on-site program that turns standards into actions for the first minutes of an emergency. Essentials is a one-day awareness + tabletop (no live drill). Pro Day is a one-day, scenario-driven exercise that validates your written EAP under realistic, controlled conditions.
OSHA 1910.38 (EAP) and related employee-alarm intent, CISA Active Assailant EAP guidance, FEMA/NIMS plain language, HSEEP exercise methodology, NFPA 3000 (ASHER) coordination concepts, and ASIS WVPI/AA-2020 for prevention/policy linkage.
No. Essentials is discussion-based. Live actions happen on Pro Day, with clear safety controls.
No real 911/alarm activations without pre-coordination. Clear safety briefing, plain-language only (no codes), accessibility considerations, scripted pauses, and an exercise controller to halt or reset as needed.
5–10 days prior: latest EAP or draft, floor plans/assembly points, internal alerting method, headcount method, roster. Assign a 10–15 min pre-read of the CISA EAP overview to attendees.
