BridgeSentinel™ is Stonebridge Strategic’s practical, on-site program that gives managers, HR, and security a shared playbook to spot, triage, and ethically interview around concerning behaviors before they escalate. The one-day BridgeSentinel Essential workshop builds your reporting and triage workflow; an optional two-day BridgeSentinel Pro lab gives your Threat Assessment / Workplace Violence team extended time to plan and run structured interviews in realistic scenarios. It aligns with CISA’s workplace-violence and insider-threat guidance, NTAC/USSS threat-assessment principles, and the PEACE investigative interviewing framework.

• BridgeSentinel™ Essential— One-Day Plan (Behavioral Threat Detection & Security Interviewing, ~6.5–7 hours) A standards-aligned workshop that builds your reporting/triage workflow, practices decision-making with mini-cases, and runs a PEACE interviewing lab, all wrapped with a short end-to-end tabletop (intake → triage → interview plan). Participants leave with finished artifacts and a clear next step.

• BridgeSentinel™ Pro — Threat Assessment Interviews & Interactions (2-Day Advanced Lab)
  A two-day, advanced interviewing lab for your Threat Assessment / Workplace Violence team. Day 1 focuses on behavioral threat assessment, rapport and first contact, active listening, questioning fundamentals, and cognitive interview tools. Day 2 moves into full interview planning, specialized scenarios (domestic spillover, terminations, insider threat, grievances), progressive roleplays, and a capstone case where teams plan, conduct, and document a structured interview. Participants leave with job aids, planning worksheets, and practical experience they can use on real cases the next day at work.
