With over 20 years of experience, his background spans the U.S. Army, the FBI (Special Agent), and corporate security leadership for Fortune 500 hospitality and global real estate/technology enterprises, where he built investigations programs, threat-management processes, and multi-site incident response with a focus on system integration, team development, and decision-making under pressure. At Stonebridge, Thomas safeguards standards integrity and turns policy into floor-level performance, grounding every program in recognized best practices while adapting to each site’s operational realities. He advises executives, designs exercise objectives, and coaches incident leaders on lawful, confident actions in the first minutes. Thomas holds a Master’s in Global Security and a BS in Criminal Justice & Criminology, and he is dedicated to delivering scalable, accountable security programs that perform in high-stakes environments and withstand organizational scrutiny.

With over 20 years of experience spanning the U.S. Marine Corps, law enforcement, fire & life safety, private security & investigations, and specialized protective operations supporting the Department of Defense and the U.S. intelligence community, he combines high-risk operational expertise with advanced training to deliver tailored solutions. Daniel leads product strategy, program architecture, and executive advisory, turning standards into practical, measurable readiness. He oversees curriculum design, implementation guidance, and quality assurance, mapping OSHA, NFPA, ASIS, and ISO guidelines into site-specific procedures, drills, and recovery runbooks. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and an AS in Fire Science and is committed to building programs that perform under pressure, improving safety, confidence, and continuity across multi-site enterprises.
