Full Program Development & Sustainment

Turn policies into a living Occupational Security program. We design (or rebuild) your Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and Workplace Violence Prevention & Intervention (WVPI/AA) program, train your people, exercise the plan, and keep it sharp year-round.

How It Works (Four Phases)

1) Design & Build (Program Development)

We build your Occupational Security program as a single, plain-language playbook with site annexes:

  • EAP core: reporting/alerts, evacuation vs. protect-in-place decisioning, accountability, roles, and alarm/notification methods. 
  • WVPI/AA module: policy, reporting channels, case triage, threat indicators, and response pathways. 
  • ASHER integration: multi-agency coordination and role clarity across prevention, response, and recovery. 
  • Job aids: supervisor briefs, quick-reference cards, radio/PA scripts in plain language.
     

Deliverables: Program manual (PDF + editable source), site annex template, comms scripts, wall/laminated QRGs.


2) Train & Onboard

Role-based orientation for supervisors and staff (10–60 minutes each), plus a manager brief that links policy to actions.
Optional: BridgeShield™ Essentials (classroom + tabletop) to launch the program. 


3) Exercise & Validate

We stand up a scaled exercise program, discussion-based tabletops, then drills or BridgeShield™ Pro Day (on-site scenarios). We use HSEEP doctrine and CISA/NFPA context to score alerting, decisions, movement/room-hardening, and headcount accuracy with an AAR & Improvement Plan. 


4) Sustainment (12-Month Cycle)

  • Quarterly micro-drills (10–15 min).
  • Annual exercise (tabletop or Pro Day).
  • AAR & Improvement Plan with owners, due dates, and re-test.
  • Change management: update annexes as layouts, staffing, or systems change.
    All mapped to HSEEP’s “plan–train–exercise–improve” loop and OSHA’s expectation to maintain an effective EAP.

  • Alerting speed (internal + 911 content quality)
  • Decision accuracy: evacuate vs. protect-in-place
  • Movement/room-hardening times & choke points
  • Headcount accuracy and time to ≥95% accountabilit 
  • WVPI case intake and time-to-action
  • Closure rate on AAR Improvement Plan items
    (HSEEP provides the evaluation framework and templates for AAR/IP and multi-year exercise planning.)

  • Program + Managed Sustainment — we run the cadence (training, exercises, AAR/IP, updates) as your outsourced program manager.
